REGISTRATION - Registration opens Tuesday, July 10, 2018
***Early Registration - $319 (July 10, 2018 – January 31, 2019) **** This is our preferred time to register. There will be NO onsite registration.
TRANSPORTATION - Air – Southwest Airlines – approx. $400 – 2hr 45min flight nonstop
HOUSING – considering Marriott Residence Inn / Convention Center (9 minute walk)
MEALS - None of the convention hotels offer a FREE breakfast. Contact has been made with the Marriott Residence Inn / Convention Center. The hotel has suites that may allow the preparation of small meals to offset the cost of eating out every night.
ESTIMATED COST PER PERSON - $1425 (Registration: $319, Transportation: $400, Hotel: $250 (paired 4 to a room), Meals: $375 (3 meals/ day for 5 days), Recreational activities: $81)
A commitment to participate is requested by April 15, 2018.
A nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 is due by June 17, 2018.
The deposit will be used for registration in July, 2018.
It is the hope that the many fundraising activities that are being planned will be enough to take care of the remaining cost of the trip.
Your help is needed in making this a reality. If you are committed to attending it is the hope that you will be willing to participate, volunteer and/or lead a fundraising event.
